Apply generously and evenly to the entire body 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use approximately 1 ounce (enough to fill a shot glass) for full-body coverage. Reapply every two hours or after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. Allow each layer to dry for 1–2 minutes to reduce transfer to clothing.
