Apply after a shower or bath for best results. Warm a small amount in the palms and gently massage into problem areas using circular motions. For scalp or head tension, place a pea-sized amount on the fingertips and lightly massage into the temples and across the forehead until absorbed. Avoid contact with the eyes.
