Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer, premature aging, and other skin damage. To minimize risk, regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and adopt additional protection measures such as limiting sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and wearing protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses.
