Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer, premature aging, and other skin damage. To reduce this risk, regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and adopt additional protective measures, such as limiting sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and wearing long-sleeved clothing, hats, and sunglasses.
Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor.
